​All tumblers are powder coated and permanently laser engraved revealing the
polished stainless steel. Purchaser is responsible for accurate information
(letters/numbers) to be lasered onto tumbler or wood products. Purchaser will have
24 hours from the time of purchase to change or cancel order. After 24 hours,
product will be processed to be lasered. Once lasered, product will be packaged and
shipped. Shipping and handling costs will be added to the product and the
responsibility of the purchaser.
